Domestic violence task force report highlights challenges faced by survivors in Cook County courts

Domestic violence survivors say they are being re-victimized as they navigate what advocates describe as a complex and fragmented Cook County court system, according to a report released by the City of Chicago-Cook County Violence Against Women Task Force.
